Rejuvenate and restore the body, mind, and spirit as you slow down and actively nourish the body through healing yin asanas (poses). This practice integrates yogic teachings with Meridian Theory as taught in Chinese Medicine. The healing power of the breath and chi (life force) is used throughout the practice while the body rests and opens in long-held poses.

All classes are taught online via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom login 1 hour before the class begins. Please note all classes are taught in PST.
