• All sales are final. Please be mindful and read product descriptions when selecting product.

• If you purchased a reading and would like to re-schedule, you may do so up to 48 hours before original appointment. All other requests will be asked to pay an additional re-schedule fee of $45 to compensate for the time spent on your chart or spread.

SHIPPING

• All items are shipped with USPS 2-3 day tracking number.

• Shadow and Light is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or tampered packages. Please contact USPS to resolve any issues.

• Double check all shipping info is correct before you place your order in insure your packages arrive to correct location.
